السيد الرئيس يوجة بتوفير الدعم اللازم لبناء وتطوير قدرات الشباب المصري
اجتمع السيد الرئيس عبد الفتاح السيسي اليوم مع الدكتور مصطفى مدبولي رئيس مجلس الوزراء، والدكتور عمرو طلعت وزير الاتصالات وتكنولوجيا المعلومات.
وصرح المستشار أحمد فهمي المتحدث الرسمي باسم رئاسة الجمهورية بأن السيد الرئيس استمع خلال الاجتماع إلى عرض من الدكتور عمرو طلعت حول جهود تأهيل وتدريب الموارد البشرية المصرية في مجال تكنولوجيا المعلومات، من خلال استراتيجية “مدينة مصر الرقمية”، التي تستهدف تعظيم الصادرات الرقمية، وزيادة عدد العاملين بالقطاع بما في ذلك المستقلين الذين يعملون بشكل حر أو في صناعة التعهيد، من خلال إنشاء مسار تعليمي تدريبي معتمد في علوم الاتصالات وتكنولوجيا المعلومات. كما اطلع السيد الرئيس على مستجدات عدد من المبادرات والمشروعات، من بينها “أشبال مصر الرقمية”، ومراكز الإبداع الرقمية، وتطوير مكاتب البريد المصري، ومكاتب الشهر العقاري، والمناطق التكنولوجية، ومدارس التكنولوجيا التطبيقية على مستوى الجمهورية.
كما لفت وزير الاتصالات وتكنولوجيا المعلومات إلى حصول مصر على أعلى فئة في مؤشر نضج الحكومة الرقمية لعام 2022 الصادر عن البنك الدولي، بالإضافة إلى تقدّم ترتيب هيئة البريد المصري في مؤشر التنمية البريدية الصادر عن الاتحاد البريدي العالمي خلال عام 2022، لتصبح الثانية عربياً وأفريقياً، والسابعة والخمسين على مستوى العالم، صعوداً من المركز الحادي والتسعين، حيث وجه السيد الرئيس في هذا الصدد ببذل أقصى جهد لاستمرار ذلك التقدم وزيادته في جميع المجالات ذات الصلة بقطاع الاتصالات وتكنولوجيا المعلومات.
وأضاف المتحدث الرسمي أن السيد الرئيس أكد أيضاً خلال الاجتماع أولوية توفير كل الدعم اللازم لبناء وتطوير قدرات الشباب المصري، ومساندة الشركات الناشئة وتشجيع توسعها في قطاع الاتصالات وتكنولوجيا المعلومات، موجهاً بمواصلة جهود الدولة في تعزيز التحول الرقمي، وميكنة الإجراءات الإدارية والحكومية تسهيلاً على المواطنين واختصاراً للوقت والمجهود والتكلفة، مع متابعة ومواكبة أحدث التطبيقات التكنولوجية في مجال الذكاء الاصطناعي، الذي تزداد أهميته وقيمته المضافة باطراد على المستوى العالمي.

Today, President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi met with Prime Minister Dr. Mostafa Madbouly and Minister of Communications and Information Technology Dr. Amr Talaat.
The Spokesman for the Presidency ,Counselor Ahmed Fahmy,said that Dr. Amr Talaat briefed President El-Sisi about efforts to qualify and train Egyptian human resources in the field of information technology, through the “Digital Egypt” strategy. The strategy aims to maximize digital exports and increase the number of people working in the sector, including freelancers or those in the outsourcing industry, through the establishment of an accredited training educational track in communication sciences and information technology. The President was also briefed on the developments of a number of initiatives and projects, including “Egypt’s digital cubs” and digital innovation centers, as well as the development of Egyptian Post offices, real estate registry offices, technology parks, and schools of applied technology nationwide.
The Minister of Communications and IT also pointed out that Egypt obtained the highest category in the GovTech Maturity Index for the year 2022, issued by the World Bank. This is in addition to the progress of the National Postal Authority’s ranking in the Postal Development Index issued by the Universal Postal Union in 2022, to become the second in the Arab world and Africa and the 57th in the world, up from the 91 position. The President gave directives to exert maximum effort to continue and increase that progress in all areas related to the communications and information technology sector.
President El-Sisi stressed the importance of providing all the necessary support to build and develop the capabilities of Egyptian youth, support start-up companies and encourage their expansion in the communications and information technology sector. He also gave directives to continue the state’s efforts to promote digital transformation, and the automation of administrative and governmental procedures to assist citizens and reduce time, effort and cost. This is while keeping up with the state-of-the-art technological applications in the field of artificial intelligence, whose importance and added value steadily increase globally .
